Supplies:

  • Juicer or Blender and Cheese Cloth

Ingredients:

Makes 1 large cup of juice

  • 1 Green apple

  • 1 Lemon (without peal)

  • 1 English cucumber

  • 1 Bunch or bag of celery

Instructions:

  1. Wash all of your fruit and vegetables

  2. Place in juicer (or blender and strain)

  3. Get a cute glass and enjoy! :)
